Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) is a statutory agency under the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), established on 1 January 2011, tasked with driving Malaysia’s strategy to become a dynamic, global talent hub. In March 2024, TalentCorp was appointed as KESUMA’s strategic think tank to proactively address evolving workforce challenges. TalentCorp develops and implements more than 30 national initiatives—including MyNext career profiling, MySIP internships with tax incentives, MyHeart diaspora engagement, the Career Comeback Programme for women, Veteran MyWira, and Residence Pass–Talent—aimed at attracting, nurturing, and retaining skilled talent across all stages of their careers.
