Frequently asked questions 

GENERAL

 

Q: What email should I use for the AGOS GBS Summit registration?

A: Please use your company email address as your registration email. This email address will be used for communications on event updates.

Q:  When is the early bird discount for registration tickets valid until?

A: 20% off early bird discounts are automatically applied to all registration ticket prices before 15th August 2023. No discount code needed.

Q:  Can I claim HRD Corp for the AGOS GBS Summit 2023?

A: Yes, AGOS GBS Summit 2023 is an approved training program by HRDC. Participants can claim to HRDC upon completion of the summit. To apply for the grant, kindly refer to the guidelines and information provided. 

Q: How do I pay for the registration ticket(s)?

A: There are 4 modes of payment:

Payment option 1: Credit Card

Payments via credit card can be made by clicking the payment link provided upon submitting the registration form.

 

Payment option 2: Bank Transfer

Payments via bank transfer can be made to the bank details shared upon submitting the registration form. Please attach proof of payment in the payment page once bank in is complete. 

Payment option 3: HRDC 

For HRDC Claimable Payments, our AGOS GBS Summit finance team will issue a separate invoice for 4% service fee.

The HRDC grant must to be approved before the event date on 21st September 2023. Otherwise, the individual / company will first have to pay in full to AGOS Asia Sdn. Bhd. and only be refunded once AGOS Asia has received the full amount from HRDC.

Payment option 4: Pay Later 

Pay Later refers to a later payment made via company pay account. For Pay Later, our AGOS GBS Summit finance team will contact you for next steps in payment. Full payment must be completed via bank transfer before the event date on 21st September 2023. 

Q: When will I get my receipt upon payment for the registration?

A: AGOS GBS Summit finance team will reach out to you via email with the payment receipt within 1 week after the confirmation of payment is received.

Q: When does the registration close?

A: The registration will be closed on event date 21st September 2023. We accept walk-ins on the morning of the event day at the venue.

Q: Who should I contact if I have any further questions on AGOS Summit?

A: For further questions, please email agosgbssummit@agosasia.com and the AGOS GBS Summit team will revert within 3 working days on your inquiry.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Q: What is the minimum number of person(s) for group registration?

A: The minimum number of persons to entitle the group registration offer is 3 persons.

Q: What is the group discount?

A: The group discount is 10% off total fee, which is automatically applied when you choose the group ticket option after 15th August 2023. No discount code needed.

Q: How do I share registration details for each person in the group?

A: The registration form will require information from each person in the group before submission. If there are any changes to the information, please email agosgbssummit@agosasia.com and the AGOS GBS Summit team will revert within 3 working days on your inquiry.
