A: 15% off early bird discounts are automatically applied to all registration ticket prices before 8th August 2022. No discount code needed.
Q: Can I claim HRD Corp for the AGOS GBS Summit 2022?
A: Yes, AGOS GBS Summit 2022 is an approved training program by HRDC. Participants can claim to HRDC upon completion of the summit.
Q: How do I pay for the registration ticket(s)?
A: Payment for the registration ticket(s) can be made at the checkout page is via credit/debit card or Manual Payment.
Q: How do I pay with credit/debit card?
A: At the checkout page, you will need to insert your credit/debit card information on our secured payment form, before submitting the registration.
Q: What is Manual Payment?
A: Manual Payment applies if you wish pay for the AGOS GBS Summit other than the credit/debit card payment option. If you opt for Manual Payment during checkout, AGOS GBS Summit team will reach out to you via email to share the AGOS Summit banking details within 1 week after registration form is submitted.
Q: If I opt for Manual Payment, when will I get my invoice?

Q: When will I get my receipt upon payment for the registration?
A: AGOS GBS Summit finance team will reach out to you via email with the payment receipt within 1 week after the confirmation of payment is received.

A: The registration will be closed on 31 August 2022.

Q: What is the minimum number of pax for group registration?
A: The minimum number of pax to entitle the group registration offer is 3 pax.
Q: What is the group discount?
A: The group discount is 10% off total fee, which is automatically applied when you choose the group ticket option. No discount code needed.
Q: The group registration form only allows for one persons details during checkout. How do I share the details for the remaining pax of the group?
A: Please fill in the details of the group's Person-In-Charge (PIC) during checkout. The AGOS GBS Summit team will reach out to the PIC via email to send a separate form to collect the details of the remaining group members with further instructions, within 1 week after registration form is submitted.
