General

 

Q: What email should I use for registration?​

A: Please use your company email address. This will be used for all event communications and updates.

Q: When is the early bird discount valid? 

A: Early bird pricing is available from 29 April to 30 June 2026. Use the coupon code 2026EarlyBird at checkout to receive RM400 off the standard ticket price. 

Q: What is the standard ticket price after the early bird period? 

A: The standard delegate pass is RM2,150, applicable from 1 July 2026 onwards. 

Q: Can I claim HRD Corp for AGOS GBS Summit 2026? 

A: Yes. AGOS GBS Summit 2026 is an approved training programme under HRD Corp. Participants may submit a claim upon completion of the summit. Guidelines and supporting information will be provided to each registered participant via email. 

Q: How do I pay for my registration? 

A: There are two payment options: 

  1. Credit Card - Click the payment link provided upon submitting your registration form. 

  2. Bank Transfer - Complete your payment and email your proof of payment to agosgbssummit@agosasia.com within 3 working days of registration. Your ticket will be issued upon payment confirmation. 

Q: When will I receive my payment receipt? 

A: Our finance team will send your receipt via email within 1 week of payment confirmation. 

Q: When does registration close? 

A: Registration closes on 10 September 2026, the day of the event. Walk-ins are accepted on the morning of the event at the venue.

Group Registration 

Q: What is the minimum group size for a group registration? 

A: A minimum of 3 persons is required to qualify for the group registration offer. 

Q: What is the group discount? 

A: A 10% group discount is available from 1 July 2026 onwards (after the early bird period ends). Use the coupon code 2026GroupDisc when selecting the group ticket option at checkout. 

Q: How do I submit registration details for each person in my group? 

A: The registration form will prompt you to fill in details for each person before submission. If any information needs to be updated after submission, email agosgbssummit@agosasia.com and our team will respond within 3 working days. 

HRD Corp Claimable Registration 

Q: How does the HRD Corp Claimable registration process work? 

A: HRD Corp Claimable registrations follow a two-step process: 

  1. Complete the registration form with your company details and number of attendees. 

  2. Download the attendee list template from your confirmation email, complete it, and email it to agosgbssummit@agosasia.com within 10 working days of your registration submission. 

Tickets will only be issued upon receipt of your completed attendee list. 

 

Q: Is there a minimum group size for HRD Corp Claimable registrations? 

A: No minimum group size applies for HRD Corp Claimable registrations. 

 

Q: When must my HRD Corp grant be approved by? 

A: Your approved grant must be submitted to AGOS Asia by 21 August 2026. If your grant is not approved by this date, full payment of RM 2,150 per attendee must be settled before event day. Our finance team will contact you with the necessary payment details. A reminder will be sent to you 5 days prior to the due date.

 

Q: What supporting documents will I receive for my HRD Corp grant application? 

A: A supporting document pack will be included in your registration confirmation email. This contains all documents required for your HRD Corp grant submission. 

 

Q: Can HRD Corp Claimable registrations be cancelled or refunded? 

A: Standard cancellation and refund terms apply. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details. 

Q: Are there any new HRD Corp rules I should be aware of for AGOS GBS Summit 2026?

A: Yes. Effective 7 May 2026, HRD Corp has introduced new rules for levy-based training grant applications: (1) Grant applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the training date. (2) Training can only commence at least 14 calendar days after grant approval. (3) Approved grants can no longer be modified. Any changes require cancellation of the approved grant and a fresh application. We strongly advise all HRD Corp registrants to finalise attendee details before submitting their grant application. Submit early and avoid last-minute changes.
