Notably, he played a key role in revitalizing a loss-making company into a profitable operation.
Currently, Milind serves as the Principal AI Scientist at Mercedes-Benz Region Overseas, where he leads AI product development and operational excellence. His work focuses on integrating advanced AI solutions into real-world automotive applications to enhance business value and customer experience.
Milind’s academic background is equally diverse and rigorous, holding three Master’s degrees in Business Management, Transport & Logistics, and Artificial Intelligence. Jun is a strategic HR leader with over 12 years of international experience across Europe, the UK, and Asia, with a passion for building future-ready organisations through talent, transformation, and human-centred design.
He currently serves as the Global HR Hubs Transformation Lead at Unilever, driving a multi-year program to establish HR hubs as high-impact centres for Tier 0 and Tier 1 service delivery. His work includes defining the location strategy for HR hubs supporting 100K+ employees across 90+ countries, launching the MyHR Advisor capability, revamping the HR Service Delivery Model, and enabling scalable self-service solutions.
Previously, Jun led a global benchmarking initiative with The Hackett Group, launching strategic transformation workstreams that embedded the 4Es (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Experience, and Excellence) across the People Experience function. He also optimised the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver process, deploying a global onboarding solution that unlocked over 2,000 manhours.
Career highlights include working in the then-CHRO’s office in London HQ, pioneering the Future of Work initiative in the SEAT region, and delivering a delayered rewards framework for North Asia.

Wooi Hong Tan is a seasoned trainer and speaker with over 20 years of training experience in Order to Cash and Organizational Behaviors. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in various industries including Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceutical, Food Technologies, and Global Business Services (GBS). His professional expertise spans across credit risk management, liquidity management, GBS start-up, project migration, spin-off, divestiture, streamlining, robotics & automation, Lean projects, and Control & Compliance.
Since 2012, Wooi Hong has primarily overseen the Order to Cash (OtC) areas for the APAC region, gaining significant insights into these markets. In 2023, his scope expanded to include Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is currently part of the global OtC leadership team in his role as OTC Global Process Owner (GPO). Prior to this role, Wooi Hong has served as the APAC O2C Director at MSD, risk consultant, and O2C lead for Halliburton Asia Pacific Region. His strong O2C experience is further supported by his previous roles in multinational manufacturing and IT companies, as well as a local conglomerate bank.

In the GBS space, he has set up centres in different parts of the world; expanded scope and brought non-traditional functions to GBS hubs, while delivering excellence in operations through improvement projects.
AZLINDA AB KASIM

Azlinda joined PageGroup in Q2 2024 as the inaugural Shared Services Centre Director for the APAC region, marking a significant milestone as the first GBS hire in the region. She brings over 25 years of professional experience, with 16 years dedicated to Global Business Services, Finance, and ERP transformation. Her career includes leadership roles at established organisations such as Zimmer Biomet, GSK, WorleyParsons, and Shell.
In her dual capacity as GBS Centre Director and Central PMO/Transformation Lead, Azlinda oversees the operational performance of the Regional Shared Services Centre and leads the transition of key functions—Finance, HR, Business Technology, and Marketing—from the Singapore SSC to the newly established GBS hub in Kuala Lumpur. She is responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and the successful execution of cross-functional migrations across geographies and timelines.
