Kurt holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has been working in Asia for 20 years.

In her dual capacity as GBS Centre Director and Central PMO/Transformation Lead, Azlinda oversees the operational performance of the Regional Shared Services Centre and leads the transition of key functions—Finance, HR, Business Technology, and Marketing—from the Singapore SSC to the newly established GBS hub in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this role, Wooi Hong has served as the APAC O2C Director at MSD, risk consultant, and O2C lead for Halliburton Asia Pacific Region. A Fellow of ACCA (UK) and a member of MIA, Jason is also a certified coach, Change Management and Agile Project Management practitioner, and a HRD Corp-accredited trainer. His career spans leadership development, onboarding programs, and driving cultural transformation for global GBS organizations. Notably, he was part of the senior team of a GBS recognized as one of SSON’s Top 20 Most Admired for five consecutive years.
