Availability of AI tools has outpaced most organisations' ability to deploy them thoughtfully. Some organisations are retrofitting AI onto processes that were never designed for it. Some are not moving - analysis paralysis. But in order for organisations to successfully undergo an AI transformation - there is an equal need to question the process first, and in parallel, understanding capabilities of existing tools.
