He is also a member of Shell Malaysia Country Coordination Team.
Spanning 31 years in Shell, Syed brings with him a diverse experience working with various Upstream and Integrated Gas businesses. He started his Shell journey in 1990 and worked in several technical roles in Malaysia. In 1997, he took on an assignment with Petroleum Development Oman and returned to Malaysia in 2001 to join Shell Gas & Power as a tecno-commercial professional supporting the governance of She for equity in the Malaysia LNG Dua and Tiga joint ventures. Syed moved to Japan as General Manager LNG & Strategy in 2008, supporting Shell's LNG marketing initiatives and business development activities with Japanese customers and partners. From 2013 to 2017, Syed was appointed as General Manager Market Access based in Jakarta, Indonesia to oversee the gas/LNG market development activities. Upon returning to Malaysia, Syed became the Advisor of Shell Malaysia/Sarawak Shell where he was responsible for the overall Shell's PETRONAS stakeholder management and PSC Management Office.
Syed has a Bachelor of Science (High Honours) in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland USA. Prior to joining Kimberly Clark, Puneet worked with HSBC for over 18 years with leadership roles in 5 different countries.

Sumitra is Vice-President & Head of Digital Skills and Jobs at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). She leads MDEC’s digital talent development and inclusion initiatives. To-date her work has impacted more than 2 million Malaysians via digital skills and income opportunities.

She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Monash University School of Business and Economics. Her past roles include leadership and advisory positions in corporate responsibility and sustainability portfolios at DiGi Telecommunications and Telenor ASA (Norway).

Sumitra holds a PhD in Business & Economics from Monash University Malaysia, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an Executive Management Certificate in International Marketing from INSEAD University, as well as a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from University Malaya. Her most important role is being a mother to two digital natives.

Zul has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Mara University of Technology (UiTM) with over 29 years of working experience in the field of Accounting which includes 17 years in Procure to Pay (P2P).
Zul started his career with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company back in 1992. He joined his first Shared Service Centre (SSC) Company BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre in 2004 as a pioneer before moving and setup Asia-Pacific SSC for Hitachi Data Systems in 2009. He then joined AstraZeneca Asia-Pacific Business Services in 2012 as a Global Process Expert for P2P. He leads the P2P work stream in designing and documenting the P2P global “To-Be” processes which is standardize, simple, globally aligned processes with end-to-end ownership under the Global Finance Process Transformation umbrella.
Zul was previously with Worley as their Product Manager for P2P and O2C but has now taken the role of Head of P2P and O2C. He is also leading the Finance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for their SSC. Prior joining Worley, Zul was with Roche Services (Asia-Pacific) as a Head of P2P. His key achievements include setting up P2P services for Roche Services & Solutions APAC Centre in KL.
